This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind, and has no on-site form. The Email and Phone links on our Contact page simply open your own email client or phone dialler — nothing you type is sent to or stored by this website itself.
If you email or call us, we hold what you send us — your name, contact details and the content of your message — in order to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss or deliver a work package with your organisation. Our legal basis for this is legitimate interests (responding to enquiries you've initiated) and, where it leads to a contract, taking steps to enter into that contract. We don't sell or share your data with third parties, other than professional advisers or service providers where reasonably necessary (for example, our IT or accounting providers), and we keep it only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry or relationship, or as required by law.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to provide it in a portable format.
